What are our data protection commitments?
As the data controller, Transformatek is committed to processing and protecting your personal data in accordance with Law 18-07 of June 10, 2018, as amended by Law 25-11 of July 24, 2025.
This includes data collected from visitors to our website, clients, service providers, and partners.
For what purposes do we process your data?
We process your personal data only for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes. The following table summarizes the purposes for which your data is used:
- Account creation and authentication: to allow you to create and access your Deploily account, including via Facebook Login
- Service delivery: to provide, operate, and maintain the cloud deployment services you have requested
- Customer support: to respond to your requests, questions, and technical issues
- Billing and invoicing: to process payments and maintain accounting records as required by law
- Security and fraud prevention: to detect, investigate, and prevent unauthorized access or abusive behavior
- Legal compliance: to fulfill our obligations under Algerian law (Law 18-07, as amended by Law 25-11) and other applicable regulations
- Service improvement: to analyze usage patterns and improve the performance and features of our platform
- Communications: to send you important notices about your account, service updates, or changes to this policy
We do not process your personal data for any purpose incompatible with those listed above without your prior consent.
What personal data is collected?
We may collect the following categories of personal data:
- Identity data: name, surname, email address, phone number
- Professional data: job title, company, industry
- Billing data: banking details
- Technical data: IP address, connection logs, cookies
How long do we retain your personal data?
Your personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
For example, billing data is kept for 5 years for accounting purposes.
How do we ensure the security and confidentiality of your data?
Transformatek implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of personal data:
- Encryption of sensitive data
- Restricted internal access
- Secure hosting and storage
- Data protection agreements with subcontractors
Who are the recipients of the data?
Personal data is only shared with the following recipients:
- Authorized internal departments of Transformatek
- Subcontractors bound by confidentiality agreements
- Technical partners necessary for service delivery
No data is transferred outside Algeria without adequate legal safeguards.

How to request deletion of your data
In accordance with your right to erasure, you may request the permanent deletion of your personal data at any time. To submit a deletion request, use one of the following methods:
- By email: Send your request to connect@deploily.cloud with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", including your full name and the email address linked to your account.
- Via your Facebook account settings: If you used Facebook Login, you may also request deletion directly through Facebook at: facebook.com/settings?tab=applications
What happens after you submit a request
- We will acknowledge your request within 72 hours.
- We will process and complete the deletion within 30 days.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been permanently deleted.
What data will be deleted
Upon a confirmed deletion request, we will permanently erase:
- Your account information (name, email address, profile data)
- Any data received from Facebook Login (name, email, profile picture)
- Your activity history and usage logs associated with your account
Note: Some data may be retained where required by Algerian law (e.g., billing records kept for 5 years under accounting regulations) or to resolve ongoing disputes.
